ERP Implementaion in UPRVUNL

Implementation of IMSS (Integrated Modular Software Solution) at Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) has been awarded to M/s Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited on September 21st, 2019.

The scope includes implementation of SAP-ERP at UPRVUNL HQ, PO and 6 Plant Locations , Establishment of DC & DRC on cloud environment, setting up of MPLS VPN based WAN, Commissioning of Email & SMS gateway , Internet & Intranet Portal and O&M for a period of 5 Years.

The total completion time for the project implementation is 14 months from the date of award i.e., November 20th, 2020. The IMSS system pilot Go-Live for HQ & Anpara Plant has been planned to be completed by August’2020 and subsequently Rollout at other locations has been planned to be completed by November’2020. The Project Initiation Phase has been completed and the Project Business Blue Printing Phase is currently undergoing.

UPRVUNL has also initiated the implementation of IT Infrastructure Solution which includes procurement and installation of Computer Hardware & Network Equipment for HQ, PO & Plant Locations and setting up of LAN. Currently the project is in bidding stage.
